This week, I had a great meeting with a fellow foodie to disucuss some ideas we have to make kosher.com even better (you guys are always on my mind!)

At the end of the meeting, she said to me, “I’m always so curious, what do you make for dinner?” I told her, dinner in my house is after I spent my day working at the computer, and then we roll right into kiddie suppertime. Maybe once a month I manage to get out the good stuff and make a really great dinner, but otherwise it’s simple stuff.

But, really good simple stuff. Because even if it’s schnitzel or roast chicken, we make sure to do it right.

This week, we offer you really great recipes that utilize simple and fresh ingredients. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel, just perfect the basics. You’ll save time in the kitchen, with mouthwatering results.

Happy cooking!
