It’s been an incredibly inspiring week getting back to balance with all of you. I hope you’ve been following along @Full ‘N Free and listening to each day’s guest speaker as we covered in depth each of the 5-to-thrive healthy habits. If you’ve missed any of them, they are all saved @Full ‘N Free IG TV.

Wanting to make a change is step one, and committing is step two, but in order to actually put a new habit into practice and have it stick it’s crucial to understand why that habit is so important and how to implement in the most effective ways. That is why I spent over an hour each day bringing you experts on each habit to help educate and inspire you with concrete facts and tools.

If you have truly chosen your personal keystone habit (that core habit that changes the way you define yourself), then over time you will see that sticking to it will have a positive domino affect on so many other habits in your life. A person who is committed to self care in one area is much more likely to mirror that on other areas.
