Diets So I know the rave about cookie butter has died down, but I love that stuff. Okay maybe not the healthiest, but once in a while… Anyway I wanted to come up with a cookie that has cookie butter. I figured that 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies work so what if I try the same concept but with cookie butter…SCORE! The cookie came out thinner then the peanut butter cookie did and it kinda reminded me of a ginger snap cookie. But cookie butter. So yum. Nuf said, so here’s the recipe and you can thank me later.
1 cup cookie butter (make sure it’s mixed really well)
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight (really important).
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for eight to 10 minutes.

I need a little more instruction. When and how do you form the cookies? Are they dropped by spoonfuls? Rolled into balls and placed onto a pan? Formed into a log before refrigerating and then sliced? And when do you refrigerate them? Before or after forming into cookies? Thanks muchly!
I don’t know if they can be rolled into balls, but I’m sure you can drop them by a spoon.
We asked Reva, and she added that you can use a cookie scoop or grease 2 spoons and use them to drop batter onto a cookie sheet.
