This dish is one of my favorites! Is a soft squash baked for 45 minutes stuffed with delicious rich ground beef topped with that perfect crunch of an Israeli salad and techina on top. Flavors will melt in your mouth!
Bake squash in oven for 45 min at 350F. Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic with beef in pan. Add spices.
Once browned and squash ready, scoop inside filling, top with cut up Israeli salad and techina.
