Quick, fresh, delicious salad that pairs well with any protein, especially grilled chicken or grilled/baked salmon.
Arugula Salad with Tahini Dressing

Toast the Nuts
Toast the nuts on a Gefen Parchment lined baking sheet on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for three to four minutes until golden. Cool.
Prepare the Salad
Wash and check the arugula.
Slice cucumbers into rounds or again into half moons. Slice the avocado. Peel and cut the watermelon radish into rounds and then stack in threes and cut the rounds into sticks.
Place arugula and vegetables in bowl, top with toasted nuts.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a jar, shake up and drizzle over.
