Ingredients

Avocado Salad with Apple

  • 3 to 4 Hass avocados, not hard but not too soft, peeled and cut to medium-size chunks

  • 1 medium to large clove of garlic, crushed, or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • lemon juice from 1/2 a juicy lemon

  • 5 stems of fresh, washed cilantro, thinly chopped (or 2 cubes of Gefen Frozen Cilantro)

  • 1 medium-size Granny Smith apple (or any other hard dense apple), peeled and cut to small cubes (optionally, you could save the peel to create little flowers to decorate for serving)

  • salt, to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add the apples last. Mix again and serve.
