1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Wrap tofu block with a kitchen towel and press using a heavy can or plate for 15 minutes.
3. Place cornstarch, oil, and spices in a large mixing bowl. Cut tofu into one-inch cubes, then add to bowl and toss until evenly coated.
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
