Prepare the Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Variation:

This smoothie is pretty thick, almost like an ice cream consistency. If you want it a little thinner, you can add an additional half cup of liquid (1/2 cup orange juice or 1/2 cup milk).
