These wraps are not your typical grill recipe. They are packed with flavor and simply delicious. Don’t own an outdoor grill? See the instructions for creating these in the oven.
1 pack chicken cutlets
1 pack wraps
1 pack turkey salami
1/2 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 crushed garlic or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Glicks Ketchup
Pound your cutlets a little, mix the marinade and let the cutlets sit in it for at least 20 minutes (or up to a day).
Heat your grill, place the cutlets on the grill and grill for about 10 minutes. Remove from the grill.
Mix the dressing and smear onto a wrap, place some salami over it and smear a little more of the dressing.
Add strips of the grilled chicken cutlets over it.
Fold over the two sides and roll to close. Place on the hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning over in middle.
Set your oven on broil, and place the marinated cutlets on a baking sheet (do not use any parchment paper when broiling).
Broil for five to six minutes.
Remove from the oven, follow the same directions as above, and bake on 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
