Beef Lettuce Cups


This refreshing take on ground beef is an instant classic that is sure to impress. Even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy it!


1. Add beef to skillet and cook until browned, breaking into very small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess liquid, then add honey, Sriracha, and lemon juice and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, until caramelized.
2. Serve in butter lettuce cups, topped with sliced carrots, cucumbers, scallions, and ranch dressing.
