Beefed-Up Fried Orzo


This dressed-up orzo requires only one pan to make it, and the results are delicious.


Prepare Beefed-Up Fried Orzo

1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Sauté onion until caramelized.
2. Stir in garlic, then pastrami. Raise heat to high and fry for three minutes.
3. Lower heat to medium and stir in orzo. Fry for three minutes.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to cook until orzo is cooked through.
