Please enter the email you’re using for this account.
Easy, healthy, filling, and of course, delicious. Yield: approximately 4 servings
3 cups milk (or other liquid of your choice)
3 cups fresh or frozen berries (I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
1/2 cup quick oats or wheat germ
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
Place all ingredients in a strong blender. Blend for at least four minutes, until very smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a tablespoon or more of milk.
