Make the Cheese Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahreneheit. Spray disposable muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In the bowl of your food processor, pulverize broccoli florets, but not too finely. There should be some finely ground pieces and also some chunks.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, egg whites, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Roll mixture into balls about the size of a large walnut and put into muffin holders. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

    Whole eggs?

Can this be used with the whole egg instead? Why just the whites?

Broccoli cheese bites into 9x13 pan

Can this be made into a 9x13 pan? Would it be the same amounts?

Yehudis, you should have no problem baking this into a larger dish. You'll probably need to bake it for at least a hour, or until the center is fully set. Enjoy!
