Diets Y’know that classic sweet broccoli salad that everyone has been making forever? I figured it’s time to update it! I used broccoli slaw to keep it new and exciting, and sour cream to make it dairy and decadent. Be forewarned: The flavors of this salad are so addictive that it might not actually yield six servings!
12 ounces (340 grams) broccoli slaw mix
1 Fuji or Honeycrisp apple, cut in matchstick shapes
1/2 cup slivered, honey-glazed almonds
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Whisk or stir until combined and creamy.
Place broccoli slaw into a salad bowl. Add dressing and stir to combine. Let mixture sit for at least 10 minutes, up to an hour or so.
Just before serving, add apples and almonds. Stir to combine.

If broccoli slaw is not available in my area, would you recommend a regular bag of coleslaw, frozen broccoli, or either/or? Thanks.
Yes, you could use coleslaw instead
