Diets This cherry-filled shortcake is a really pretty dessert that tastes deliciously refreshing! Totally worth the effort. Although this has a bunch of steps, it is surprisingly easy to make and cuts beautifully once frozen properly. Your guests will be wowed!

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
10 ounces whipping cream (dairy or parve)
