This is one of my family’s favorites I like to serve on Shabbat.
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets
1/2 cup Glicks Flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon each of your favorite spices (ie. salt, garlic powder, paprika)
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Panko Crumbs
1 cup sugar
1 cup Gefen Honey
1 cup Frank’s hot sauce
Cut chicken cutlets into bite-size pieces.
Dredge in flour, then dip into egg mixed with spices (salt, paprika, garlic powder), then dip into panko crumbs. Fry.
Serve with hot popper sauce.
Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over chicken nuggets.
Heat in a warming drawer or on a hot plate until ready to serve.
