Chicken Spring Rolls


These Chicken Spring Rolls are perfect for a warm day when you don’t want to heat up your kitchen. They are light and refreshing.


To Prepare the Chicken

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Grill on high heat for three minutes on each side

Notes: A shredded rotissere chicken can be used instead, to save time.

For the Spring Rolls

1. Wet one or two sheets of rice paper. If using two, stack on top of each other
2. Add a bit of cabbage, carrots, chicken, basil and cilantro. Wait until paper is softened and bendable about 30 seconds
