2 cans chickpeas
fresh parsley (I use frozen)
2 cloves garlic, minced
paprika
black pepper
salt
1/3 cup oil
Drain cans. Remove chickpeas and put them into the pot. Remove skin from chickpeas as much as possible.
Add garlic, salt, paprika, pepper, oil. Add water until an inch above the mixture.
Bring to a boil. Let boil for a few minutes. Lower temperature and let it cook until sauce is thick.
