Black Bean Salsa

Start Cooking

Prepare the Black Bean Salsa

  1. In a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, garlic, tomatoes, black beans, corn, scallions, red and green peppers, and parsley.

  2. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate at least 20 minutes to let flavors meld.

  3. When ready to use, add avocado and serve alongside chips and pulled beef.
