Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped purple onion

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Haddar Dijon Mustard

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Dressing

1.

Add everything, besides oil, to a medium sized bowl and whisk.

2.

While whisking, slowly drizzle in oil.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
