But sometimes the key to those simple recipes is having a well stocked fridge. In this episode, Danielle shows you 5 of the staples that live in her fridge at all time, that she uses to enhance all kinds of recipes. You can make your own caesar dressing, sumac pickled onions, garlic mayo, balsamic vinaigrette, and techina! These recipes prove that the key to good food is simple done right!

Caesar Dressing

 2 teaspoons salt
 2 teaspoons black pepper
 juice of 1 lemon
 10-12 cloves garlic
 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
 4 teaspoons Gefen Worcestershire Sauce (or imitation, or soy sauce)
 1/4 cup Reine Dijon Mustard
 3/4 cup mayonnaise
 1 and 1/3 cup oil

Sumac Pickled Onions

 1-2 purple onions, very thinly sliced
 2 teaspoons salt
 3 tablespoons sugar
 2 teaspoons sumac
 1/2 cup Tonelli Apple Cider Vinegar
 1/4 cup hot water

Garlic Mayo

 1 cup canola oil
 1 egg
 1 tablespoon Reine Dijon Mustard
 2 cloves garlic, chopped
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
 juice of 1/2 a lemon

 3 cloves garlic, peeled
 juice of 2 limes/lemons
 1/2 cup tahini
 2 teaspoons salt
 1 teaspoon black pepper
 1/2 – 1 cup cool water

Balsamic Vinaigrette

 2 tablespoons chopped purple onion
 1 tablespoon minced garlic
 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 1/4 cup Bartenura Balsamic Vinegar
 1/2 cup Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
