juice of 1/2 lemon or 2 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Lemon Juice
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 (15.5-ounce) jar olives (any pitted type)
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
oil, for frying
Set the flour, egg, and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes.
Dredge the olives in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs and set aside. Repeat until all the olives are completed.
Heat one inch of oil in a frying pan. When oil is 350 degrees Fahrenheit, drop in the olives, but do not overcrowd the pan. Fry 30 seconds on each side, until golden. Place on a paper towel when removing from pan.
