3 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 sticks margarine
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup apple juice
1 16-ounce container frozen whip
1/2 of a tub of custard
assorted toppings (see below for ideas)
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Roll out at desired thickness.
To create a custom shape, like a menorah or number, print out the desired shape, cut it out with a scissor and place that on top of the rolled out cookie dough to create a cookie cutter. Cut around the paper. Make two of each shape for layering.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely.
Beat the whip in an electric mixer on high speed for five to 10 minutes (until thick).
Remove from mixer. Fold in the custard gently, using a spatula to mix.
Once cookies are cooled, pipe large circles neatly onto the first layer using an A1 piping tip. Place the second cookie on top of the piped frosting. Pipe circles onto second layer.
Add your toppings slowly. Create a wonderful masterpiece! ENJOY!

I would liketo make these 3 layer cookies with the vanilla cream, can this be made 2 weeks in advance and frozen? Maybe separately the cookies without the cram or perhaps the cookie layered with the cream and not decorated? Your expertise and advice will be greatly appreciated.
I would recommend making all the separate layers before and freezing them individually and then assembling everything the day of if possible. If not you can make it the day before and put it back in the freezer.
