Delightful Salad with Dairy Dressing

This creamy dairy Caesar salad is perfect for a Melaveh Malkah or anytime.

Ingredients

Salad

1 (8-oz./225-g.) bag mixed greens
1 cup shredded beets
1 avocado, cubed
1/4 cup Gefen Sweetened Dried Cranberries

1/4 cup shelled pistachios
1/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup Gefen Caesar Croutons

Dairy Dressing

1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 scallions
1 clove garlic or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Arrange salad ingredients in a bowl.

2.

Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and puree until smooth. Pour over salad, toss, and enjoy.
