This recipe can be used with sole, flounder, or any other thin white fish. It works well with frozen fish fillets, too—just make sure to defrost fully before preparing.
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine tomato paste, mayonnaise, brown sugar, onion soup mix, ketchup, and water.
2. Spread a thick layer on each fillet and then roll it up. (You may want to insert a toothpick to hold it together.)
3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
