This recipe can be used with sole, flounder, or any other thin white fish. It works well with frozen fish fillets, too—just make sure to defrost fully before preparing.
3/4 cup Tuscanini Tomato Paste
3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Glicks Ketchup
1/3 cup water
6 slices flounder
In a bowl, combine tomato paste, mayonnaise, brown sugar, onion soup mix, ketchup, and water.
Spread a thick layer on each fillet and then roll it up. (You may want to insert a toothpick to hold it together.)
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
