Submitted by Devora L This is a super easy, fast, and healthy salmon that will have you and your family craving seconds!
4 pieces of salmon
juice of 1 fresh lemon
olive oil spray
4 frozen parsley cubes
3 frozen garlic cubes
3 frozen dill cubes
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Place the salmon on top of a large piece of parchment paper that is sitting on top of a large piece of aluminum foil. Spray the salmon with canola or olive oil spray.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a bowl and mix in all the herb cubes, onion powder, and salt. Then pour the mixture on to the salmon.
Place another piece of parchment paper and then aluminum foil on top of the salmon to seal it well. Put the sealed salmon in the oven and bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until the center feels firm. Then take out the salmon, uncover the top, and place it back into the oven on high broil for 4 minutes (the sides will start to crisp).
