Gluten-Free Carrot Cake


This cake has the perfect moist texture and sweet taste. Kids in my family really like it. The recipe is quick and easy and the outcome is delicious.


1. Set the oven to 160 degrees Celsius / 325 degrees Fahrenheit with the fan. Grease a loaf pan.
2. Peel and grate the carrots.
3. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients.
4. Mix well to a unified batter.
5. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Cool the cake at room temperature.
