Excellent recipe. Everyone looks forward to these cookies. They’re nut free!
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract or vanilla sugar
2 cups potato starch
2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
confectioners sugar, to help scoop balls
Mix oil, cocoa, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, potato starch, baking powder. Must, Must chill overnight in fridge.
Next day, shape into balls. I use cookie scoop dipped into confectionery sugar-(use sugar if you want) between each ball. Otherwise very difficult to handle.
Roll each ball in confectionery sugar. Place on cookie sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper. Place far apart because cookies spread a lot. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet.

My cookies were not able to stay in a ball, how do I fix this?
I tried the suggestion of coating an ice cream scooper in confectionary sugar but that only helped a little bit.
Any suggestions?
Hi, This looks great and easy to make, but at what temperature? None given
