1. On a plate whisk together eggs, 1/4 cup honey and some salt.
2. On a separate plate, pour your crushed chips.
3. Sprinkle salt on both sides of your cutlets.
4. Coat all three cutlets in egg and then in crushed chips.
5. Form a ring with the breaded cutlets by twisting the ends of each cutlet together.
6. Coat the ring in egg and then crushed chips again.
7. Drizzle breaded ring with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Fry in canola oil on each side until golden brown.
