Diets Growing up, potatoes were always a staple in our home. Whether they were fried, mashed, or baked, they were always finished first and always a winner. These potatoes are soft and fluffy on the inside, and sweet and crunchy on the outside. A perfect addition to your Yom Tov meal.
1 2-pound bag baby red potatoes, quartered
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon Gefen Yellow Mustard
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/3 cup oil
salt, to taste (plus more salt for sprinkling)
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, combine potatoes with rest of ingredients until evenly coated. Pour potatoes onto prepared baking sheet and bake uncovered for 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Sprinkle with additional salt before serving.
