Make one batch of parve blintzes.
Place a scoop of ice cream in center of each blintz. Pull the blintz together from corners to center like a sack. (Optional: tie with licorice string.)
Place them in muffin tins or close together on a tray and freeze.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Immediately prior to serving, reheat sauce.
Drop frozen blintz sachets into sauce and simmer briefly. Serve sachets together with additional sauce on the side.
Notes:
These sachets are recommended for a small crowd only, because they have to be dipped immediately prior to serving.
