Jalapeño Cheese Cups


These adorable cups are a fun to make and fun to eat!


1. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add salt, cayenne pepper, milk, American cheese, and flour and bring to a boil. Lower the flame and simmer for five minutes. Shut the flame and let sit for a few minutes.
2. Spoon one teaspoon of cheese sauce into each scoop. Add one teaspoon salsa and one to two pieces jalapeño pepper.

Notes: Make sure to wear gloves when handling the jalapeño pepper.
