2. Add the garlic and cook for three minutes. Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper, breaking up the ground beef as it cooks.
3. When the meat is cooked through, add the pasta and olive oil, and mix.

I would not recommend freezing pasta. You could make the meat in advance and freeze.
