3 leeks
2 teaspoons garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 box pasta, such as Tuscanini Fusilli Pasta, cooked according to directions
Coat the bottom of a deep frying pan with oil and set over medium heat. Slice and clean the leeks. Sauté the leeks for about 25-30 minutes, stirring every seven to 10 minutes, until they are soft and browned.
Add the garlic and cook for three minutes. Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper, breaking up the ground beef as it cooks.
When the meat is cooked through, add the pasta and olive oil, and mix.

does this freeze well? thanks!
I would not recommend freezing pasta. You could make the meat in advance and freeze.
