I’m always on the lookout for something new and not too time consuming. While shmoozing with my friend Raizy one evening, my antenna went up when she raved about the delicious, mild fish she had served for dinner. She graciously offered to share the recipe with me. We tweaked and added, and the result was nothing short of spectacular.
Directions
Prepare the Fish
1. Heat oven to broil. Wash fish fillets and pat dry. Lay in a 9×13-inch baking pan. Season lightly with onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and paprika.
2. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and set aside.
3. Broil fish for three to four minutes until slightly charred. Turn fish over. Smear dressing over fish and broil an additional three to four minutes, until bubbling and slightly charred.
Notes: This recipe works wonderfully with any mild white fish (sea bass, tilapia, or even flounder).
