Follow the instructions here to create flaky pastry cups. Here they are served with scoops of classic chopped liver, an elegant appetizer, but you can fill the cups with whatever you like. The possibilities are endless.
Liver Filled Flaky Dough Cups

Prepare the Dough Cups
Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Using glass, cut round discs (about two and a half inches in diameter).
Cut out the centers of half the circles, with a smaller size glass (about two inches in diameter). Place these rings on the whole round discs.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10–12 minutes.
