Ingredients

Mandarin Fruit Medley

  • 4 10 ounce whip creams

  • 1 and 1/2 cups orange juice

Directions

Mandarin Fruit Medley

1.

Blend whip cream. (Do not whip.)

2.

Combine all fruits with their juices and mix well.

3.

Add whip cream and orange juice. Chill. Serve in parfait cups.

Notes:

This is a large yield recipe. For a smaller crowd, reduce the quantities accordingly.

Why do I have to blend the whip cream? Is it not runny enough, or do I blend it together with the orange juice?
