Prepare the Bran Muffins
Yields 12 muffins
Line a 12-cup mufﬁn tin. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all ingredients, one at a time, into a large mixing bowl, mixing well by hand after each addition.
Spoon batter into prepared mufﬁn pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
