Mommy’s Carrot Salad

Ingredients

Mommy’s Carrot Salad

  • 3 cups shredded carrots (approximately 5 medium carrots)

  • 3 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces

Directions

1.

Mix all salad ingredients together. Top with shallots.

Tips:

I like to make the salad a few hours before serving so it can marinate, allowing the carrots to get infused with the flavors.
