Oatmeal Cookies


Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, these cookies can be whipped up in just a few minutes. Feel free to add your own mix-ins according to your taste: raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, mini lentils. Anything goes! You won’t be sorry you made these!


Prepare the Oatmeal Cookies

1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Form into one-inch balls.
3. Place on greased baking sheet two inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
