Onion Rings

An incredible, all-purpose, spicy snack.

Ingredients

For Onion Rings

  • 2 large onions, sliced into thick rings

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup beer

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon meatball seasoning (if you don’t have meatball seasoning, try a combo of dried parsley and oregano)

Directions

Prepare the Onion Rings

1.

Combine the flour, egg, beer, and spices in a bowl. Mix well.

2.

Place the panko crumbs on a separate plate.

3.

Separate the onion slices into rings. Heat oil in a frying pan for deep-frying.

4.

Dip each ring into the flour mixture and then into the plate of crumbs and deep-fry for a few minutes.
