Smooth and creamy, make these orange ices in just a few minutes of hands-on time! The final product is the perfect dessert for a warm day, yielding just the right consistency.
6 eggs (pasteurized), separated
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
drops of beet juice, for coloring
Beat whites until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
Add rest of ingredients, mix and freeze. Re-mix by hand after four to five hours.
