Ingredients

Orange Ices

  • 6 eggs (pasteurized), separated

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • drops of beet juice, for coloring

Directions

1.

Beat whites until foamy.

2.

Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.

3.

Add rest of ingredients, mix and freeze. Re-mix by hand after four to five hours.
