Pastrami ’n’ Greens Mini Quiches

Ingredients

Pastrami ’n’ Greens Mini Quiches

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons Gefen Oat Milk or other pareve milk

  • salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Pastrami ’n’ Greens Mini Quiches

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Bake pie shells for five minutes.

3.

In a large skillet, heat oil. Sauté scallions for two minutes.

4.

Add pastrami and fry for two minutes while stirring.

5.

Add broccoli and stir over low flame for three minutes or until softened.

6.

Transfer mixture to a medium-sized bowl and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

7.

Stir in remaining ingredients and spoon into pie shells.

8.

Bake for 15 minutes.
