A reduced grape juice sauce is the perfect complement to peanut butter mousse…even better than adding chocolate! Watch Victoria make this kid friendly dessert and 3 other amazing recipes using grape juice here!
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
1 8-ounce container parve cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 and 1/2 cups Kedem Grape Juice
Add grape juice to a saucepan over medium heat. Let simmer until grape juice reduces and thickens to a glaze consistency (this will take some time, it depends on the size of your pot). Let cool, then refrigerate if you’d like it to thicken more (or leave at room temperature).
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip whipped topping until stiff. Add cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners’ sugar. Mix until combined.
Add mousse to a piping bag and pipe into dessert dishes. Using a spoon, drizzle grape juice sauce on top.

PB&J Mousse – Substitution Can I leave out the pareve cream cheese? Or perhaps Replace it with something else?
I can’t get it where I live.
Thanks
Hi! You can’t leave it out because it calls for a full container of cream cheese. I would recommend making some at home. If you google it you can find a recipe that uses overnight soaked cashews and coconut milk.
