1. Add the yogurt, applesauce, sugar, and coconut oil to a bowl, and mix well.
2. Once there are no clumps left over, add the almond flour and baking powder and give it a final mix.
3. Fold in the pecans.
4. Transfer to a loaf pan and bake for one hour.
5. Remove from oven, let it cool off for one hour, decorate, slice, and enjoy!
6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
