Classic pesto ingredients meld with delightfully chewy gnocchi to create this different and flavorful dish!
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 cubes frozen parsley
4 cubes frozen basil
1 tsp minced dried garlic
1¼ tsp salt, or to taste
1 lb (450 g) regular or mini
gnocchi, cooked according to pkg
instructions
⅓ cup raw sunflower seeds, for garnish
In a large pot, heat heavy cream and bring
to a low simmer. Add next 5 ingredients
and stir until cooked through. Add
prepared gnocchi and mix well to coat.
Serve hot, and garnish generously with
sunflower seeds.
