Pulled Beef Rice Salad

Honey Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette
Prepare the Salad
Prepare the rice according to package directions. Set aside to cool slightly.
Shake together vinaigrette components in a mason jar or cruet.
Combine rice, arugula, onion, pomegranate, and pulled beef in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette dressing over just before serving.
