Honey Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette

Start Cooking

Prepare the Salad

  1. Prepare the rice according to package directions. Set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Shake together vinaigrette components in a mason jar or cruet.

  3. Combine rice, arugula, onion, pomegranate, and pulled beef in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette dressing over just before serving.
