1/2 pound margarine
1/2 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar plus additional for decorating
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Gefen Cornstarch
2 cups flour
3/4 cup ground walnuts
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour, cornstarch and vanilla, mixing well.
Form into balls the size of a nickel. Place onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake!
Roll in confectioners’ sugar while still warm. Optional – Melt baking chocolate and drizzle over cookies.
