This delicious vegetable side is so easy to make in the pizza maker. The balsamic vinegar gives it that extra punch of flavor.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Sautéed 4-Color Balsamic Peppers

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil in the pizza maker or in a pot until fragrant (about one minute in the pizza maker).

  2. Add peppers, thyme, parsley, and salt and cook until peppers are cooked through and begin to brown. Remove from heat and mix in balsamic vinegar.
