Savory Nuts


Roasted nuts are a filling and healthy option for on-the-go snacking (just keep an eye on your serving size). 


1. Combine egg white and water in a mixing bowl. Add nuts.
2. In another bowl, mix sugar and spices. Add to nuts.
3. Toss all to coat and spread on lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 250 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
